SHIPPING COSTS
We are happy to order free express shipping for all orders over $150, anywhere in Australia! For orders under $150 we offer Standard Shipping within Australia $10 (AUD) - receive within 2-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Below are our current Shipping rates in AUD$. Our website charges in Australian dollars. The actual price charged to International customers will be subject to the exchange rate of your local currency applied by the credit or debit card company. Your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide.
All International orders are sent with Sendle and exclude customs and tax charges.

Shipping Delays
Please Note: International shipping is currently slower than normal, due to the reduced number of flights during the pandemic. We appreciate your patience in these circumstances, as shipping delays are out of our control. Please allow for 10-40 business days for delivery.
Although Carry Your Kit will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay caused by our carrier which is out of our reasonable control. We will also not be responsible for any delay, loss or returned parcels caused by an incorrect delivery address provided, or issues relating to delivery access.
Customs Duties/Importing Taxes
Please be aware that your parcel may incur customs duties and/or importing taxes upon arrival into your country. Please know that these charges are out of our control and we will not reimburse any of these GST, charges, duties or fees. Please check with your local authorities to confirm what customs duties and fees that you are likely to incur before purchasing to avoid any surprises.
Can address changes be made to my order?
Not always but we will try. We try to pack your orders as quickly as possible! The downside to this is that once you place your order, it can be hard to make any changes once it's shipped. Please email hello@carryyourkit.com and we will do our best to help.
Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order. If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address and the parcel is returned to us, an additional postage fee will apply to re-send your parcel.
For our customers in New Zealand, we offer International Shipping for $14.95 AUD with an average delivery time of 7-10 days
For all other international customers we offer International Shipping $25 (AUD) with an approximate delivery time of 10-15 business days depending on the destination country.
At Carry Your Kit we are very proud that the satchels, packaging and shipping labels are all home compostable. Our postcards and swing tags are made from recycled materials and that all of our standard shipping is sent using Sendle Couriers who help reduce our footprint by providing 100% carbon neutral delivery service!
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We strive to dispatch your Carry Your Kit order Orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week by 3:30pm. Any orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
